2.10 - Change Management

Policy

The Office of Web Communication is the point of contact for all issues concerning our hosted version of the content management system or cq-hw.com. Web Communication must evaluate and approve any work from a third-party for any website managed through the CMS or any public website used for marketing.

Standard

Please request website work by the Office of Web Communication at least two weeks in advance. University priorities determine project schedules.

Procedure

  • Submit any change request, request for training or request for new functionality via the change request form located at cq-hw.com/webcomm.
  • When scheduling deadlines, choose a date at least two weeks out from the day of submission.
